Return and Refund Policy
14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In its original condition, unworn or unused
- With all tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will address the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used products
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Custom-made products
All sales of these items are final. Returns are not accepted once equipment requiring installation has been delivered and installed.
Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
Unfulfilled Orders
If we are unable to fulfill your order within the promised timeframe, we will issue a refund. For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, our customer support team will contact you for bank account details to process the refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 30 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
